My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The room was equipped with everything I needed for a weekend away, and the little kitchen area was a bonus. However, the back-facing room near the pub resulted in a lack of sleep due to the noise. Despite that, I would recommend this place and consider staying again.

This hotel is located near the City Centre, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, it was quite noisy at night due to its proximity to a bar, which disrupted our sleep. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, which was great. The location was excellent for accessing restaurants and nightlife, although some noise disturbances affected the quality of our rest. The dining experience was not up to standard despite the friendly staff. Overall, the hotel offers a good value for money with various amenities available.

The hotel is lovely, with amazing and spotless rooms, ideal for our stay. The staff are excellent and very kind, though a bit more help in finding our room would have been appreciated. The location is absolutely massive, equipped with all utilities, and surrounded by plenty of dining options. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. I loved having a kitchen area in the room, great for making meals and enjoying the street view, but the noise from outside was quite disruptive. Additionally, there was a musty, damp smell in the room. A concerning incident involving an unexpected visitor to my room left me unsettled for hours after check-in.

The hotel room was too warm despite turning off the heating, leading to a noisy night due to nearby traffic and loud music from the bar below. The room appeared outdated, not matching the website photos accurately. The service was superb with helpful and friendly staff offering advice on local amenities. The location was convenient for a wedding venue but suffered from noise issues and a lack of hot water in the morning. Dining was satisfactory but limited, especially for early risers on business trips.

I celebrated my 25th birthday in this hotel and had a mixed experience. The room had some issues like a fishy smell that didn't go away despite my complaint, dust everywhere, and a badly stained mattress. However, the location was brilliant for exploring Glasgow and the microwave was very convenient. The service was just ok, not very polite, but they were super helpful and informed me about a refund. The dining experience could have been better with limited options, and the price for breakfast didn't match the quality. The central location next to shops and bars was great, but the noise from bottle bins was a downside.

Our weekend in Glasgow at this hotel has become a cherished family memory. The spacious room, even though it had single beds pushed together, was equipped with everything we needed. The hotel's location in the heart of Glasgow's Merchant City was ideal for exploring the city, but unfortunately, our view was marred by a service yard and bins.
